Full Circle depicts spawning salmon in the gravel bed. The male is releasing it’s sperm. As the female is digging to hide her fertilized egg. When the cycle is complete, the salmon dies once the eggs are fertilized under the gravel beds. The eggs grow into full grown salmon and return to the ocean. Later, the fish come back to the river bed where they were born to spawn to begin the cycle again. It was once said from a Lummi elder, “Our people may go out into the world to live, but they always come back to the rez in the end”.  ( Serigraph Print - 1999 Dementions: 16" X 22" )
